LernMoreSM is an independent platform which serves multiple functions: language translation, contextual understanding, compliance and regulation support, contract explanation and education. LernMoreSM is not intended to replace legal guidance, but rather serves as a learning platform. We respect and value the privacy of everyone who visits our website and uses our platform, and only collect and use information in ways that are consistent with your rights and obligations under applicable laws. We do not knowingly collect sensitive Personal Information (such as, information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, biometrics or genetic characteristics, or criminal background) from you via the services. Personal Information to Establish, Exercise, and Defend Legal Claims. LernMore may process your Personal Information for the purposes of establishing, exercising and defending potential legal claims. Your Personal Information processed in accordance with this section is processed on the basis of LernMore’s legitimate interest in processing your Personal Information for these purposes to be able to establish, exercise and/or defend potential legal claims in the event of a dispute or controversy between you (or the company you represent) and LernMore, or between LernMore and a third party, related to or implicating the business relationship between LernMore and you or the company you represent.

If you are under the age of 16 and you have provided Personal Information, please ask your parent(s) or guardian(s) to notify us and we will delete all such Personal Information.

LernMore has implemented technological and operational security processes to protect your personally identifiable information from loss, misuse, alteration, or unintentional destruction. While no security measure can guarantee against compromise, LernMore regularly reviews and updates its security measures in an effort to provide appropriate security for all information held by us. LernMore cannot guarantee complete security. You agree that you provide Personal Information at your own risk. Linked Websites. We may provide links to third party sites. Since we do not control these websites, we encourage you to review the privacy statement posted on these (and all) third party sites. LernMore is not responsible for the privacy statements or practices of sites and services controlled by companies or organizations other than LernMore. International Users.
